The software is really great but there seem to a lot of players hanging around the site doing nothing. They literally jump on you when you offer to start a match! The rumor doing the rounds was that these “players” are nothing but robots players hanging around to give the real customers a game while still increasing the player statistics of the site. No confirmation of that from the company though!
